Jacco Bunt lives and works in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
Bunt’s work focusses on illustration, graphic design and street art. Using sharp edges shapes and vibrant complimentary colours he creates striking and aesthetically pleasing modern images. Minimalist and graphic, his wooden panels reflect his vision of the city of Rotterdam and how form and colours interact with each other. The boards hold shapes which correlate with buildings, such as steps, slanted roofs and some parts show certain attributes which characterise 3D elements. His work conveys his ‘summer memories’ and visions of the city, his abstracted landscapes have overlaps and the colours contrast and complement each other.
